What to Expect
Privacy & Atmosphere
Elevate is intentionally not crowded. Membership is capped, so most visits are quiet and unhurried — and many members often have the space to themselves. On occasion, you may share the room with another member, but the environment is designed to remain calm, respectful, and uncrowded at all times.
What to Bring & Know Before You Visit
- Clean workout or sauna-appropriate clothing
- 1–2 towels
- Water bottle
- Towels and electrolytes are available for purchase inside Elevate
- Bathroom and shower access are available during CrossFit Diehard business hours ( view schedule )
